High Quality Nichrome Wire Nimonic 80A/ASTM B637/BS 3076
Application:
Ships with diesel exhaust valve mainly made of wrought Nimonic 80A. Nimonic 80A has high heat resistance, high strength at high temperatures, deformation resistance, increasing the difficulty of forging suitable for the manufacture of bolts, combustion chamber exhaust valve.
Feature: To precipitation hardening of alloys, high temperature (up to 815 ° C) with excellent elongation properties.
Nimonic 80A (UNS N07080/W. Nr. 2.4952) is a nickel chromium alloy
similar to Alloy 75 but made precipitation hardenable by additions
of aluminium and titanium. Alloy 80a has good corrosion and
oxidation resistance and high tensile and creep rupture properties
at temperatures up to 1500 deg F.
