The branch fan-out indoor fiber optic cable composed of 4 units of multicore buffered cable stranded in SZ way around the central strengthen member, each unit is with independent strength member and jacket.

Rip Rope (Ripcord) is a part of the branch fan-out indoor fiber optic cable, it is for tearing the sheath of the cable, and it can reduce the complicated stripping work with and easy for stripping and operation. Before use the rip rope, operator has to cut open a short length of the cable jacket and expose the tearing rope, use the rope to tear the length you want and do not need to use knife, stripper and scissor and son on so the cable core will not be cut of damage by these metal tools.
