Inner conductor is bare oxygen free copper. Dielectric core is insulating grade virgin polyethylene. The 1^st shield is two layers of aluminum foils laminated to a strength member and a bonding resin on one side, the second shield is 82% aluminum wire braiding; jelly or flooded compound is added before outer jacket extrusion. Outer jacket is PE.
