8. With a double knife design, the flaying , cutting of the kevlar and opening mouth of cable are formed once, with high accuracy and quick peeling. The air blowing device can automatically remove the kevlar from the peeling.

1. Connect the inlet pipe with the air source 0.6—0.8MPa.

5. parameter adjustment:

5.1 Adjust the overall length of the cable peeling: adjust the "induction switch" parts of the two fine-tuning nuts to adjust the peeling length, the parts move forward to shorten the peeling length, and vice versa；

5.2 Adjust the cutting length of aramid fiber: adjust the two fine-tuning nuts in the lower right corner of the "blowing aramid fiber device" to adjust the cutting length of aramid fiber. The device moves forward to increase the reserved length of aramid fiber, and vice versa to shorten the reserved length of aramid fiber；

5.3 Adjust the opening length of the skin: adjust the exposure length of the glue head screw in front of the "opening" device to adjust the opening length of the skin, the longer of the glue head ,the open mouth is shorter, and vice versa.

6. Consumable replacement:

6.1 Replace aramid scissor:This machine adopts aramid scissor to cut out the aramid fiber from the optic cable, due to the service life of aramid scissor (miller shear KS-1, the service life of the normal in 2-4 months), when the scissor is not sharp, the scissor can directly replaced (" waft aramid device "in fixed aramid cut device, remove the aramid scissor directly to the plastic handle, at the same time the handle end of the pair of scissors cut a small section to replace the original scissor).

6.2 Cortical openings blade replacement: when the cable open mouth is not smooth, the opening the blade needs to be replaced.in the "open" position to replace the blade (9 * 0.4 artist blade blade used).
