Armored Power Cable Introduction
XLPE insulated PVC sheated steel wire armored power cable not only have excellent electric, mechanical properties, but also have powerful resistance against chemical corrosion, heataging and environmental stress. Their structures are simple. The permissible maximum operating temperature is 90'C. It is convenient for using, and they can be laid with no restriction of different elevation.
Armored Power Cable Construction
Conductor : Compact stranded copper conductor, Cl.2 as per IEC 60228
Insulation : XLPE(cross-linked polyethylene) rated at 90 OC
Inner sheath :PVC
Armored :Stainless Steel Tape.

PACKING AND SHIPPING
All cable For exporting are well packed and protected by wooden drum or Wood and Steel Drum. The packing material is depended on the weight and size of cable. After the well packed cable drums sent to Sea Port, they are loaded into 20 FT container or 40 FT container. All cable drum are firmly fixed by safety belt to make sure, no movement during the sea freight. The size of the container is chosed according to weight of total loaded goods or as per the client's requirement.

A: SHAN cable guarantees that all of our products, wires cables,and more are free from defects. We will take back any product that does not meet the agreed quality by both parties. The specific terms are as follows :
1. We guarantee that we will comply with the requirements of warranty period specified in the contract, that the Goods supplied under the purchase order For Procurement of self-carrying distribution network's cable and wire
2. We will be manufactured under this specification and that the Goods will be new, unused, of the most recent or current models. Once we are selected, we will supply the Goods strictly according to the requirements of the Contract.
3. The warranty shall remain valid for twelve (12) months after the Goods, or any portion thereof as the case maybe, have been delivered to and accepted at the final destination indicated in the SCC, or for eighteen (18) months after the date of shipment from the port or place of loading in the country of origin, whichever period concludes earlier.
4. During the warranty period purchaser may proclaim directly to the manufacturer in the written form or by the agent if there is any problem in Goods quality. The manufacturer will do the repair or replacement in reasonable time, and will bear all the expenses relating to this.
