to its bandwidth, wavelength and transmission technology and being
suitable for the application of various new services, FTTH cable is
the best solution for the connection between the internet backbone
to the user’s desktop.
Purchasing Risk
Many domestic small factories modified electric-wires equipment to
produce FTTH cable. They used unqualified fibers which is with very
cheap price 3USD/KM to imitate G657 bend-resistant fiber, waste
electric-wires and rubber slippers smashed as pvc raw material for
the LSZH outer sheath. Those inferior cables will cause many
problems such as short transmission distance, low bandwidth, intermittent signal and easy-to-crack of the cable
jacket in several months, etc.
