GYTS type cable is an outdoor fiber optic cable with metal reinforcing member and stranded loose tubes. It is suitable for long-distance trunk lines, local network, access network or rural network, usually used for overhead or pipe laying. Its accurate control on extra fiber length and unique structure design, ensure the cable has good mechanical and temperature performance, the loose tube has good mechanical strength and hydrolysis resistance, special ointment tube filling is able to provide critical protection for fiber and double coated corrugated steel makes the fiber optic cable with good anti pressure performance and moisture resistant, the void water blocking filling material makes the cable with full section water resistance and the polyethylene (PE) sheath has good anti UV radiation performance.

Main Features Of FA-OC-GYTS-48

1, Loose tubes or fillers stranded around the metal central strength member;

2, The PE jacket is bonded with corrugated longitudinal steel tape;

3, Accurate fiber excess length ensures good performance under mechanical stress;

4, Material of loose tube is with good temperature performance and high Young’s modulus, the tubes filled with moisture resistant gel for fibers to ensure the long term stability in transmission;

5, The central strength member is made of phosphatized steel wire;

6, The loose tube and all interstices of cable core filled with moisture-proof and water blocking compound ensure there is no longitudinal water ingress;

7, Longitudinal corrugated steel tape laminated at both sides bonding to PE sheath ensures not only radial moisture-proof but also enhance crush resistance of the fiber cable;

8, High density polyethylene PE jacket possesses good ultra violet radiation resistant property.
