The power cord twist tester is used to test twisting resistance of power cord. It is suitable for some electric appliance with supply cord such as connectors, hair drier, and vacuum cleaner. Fix the electric appliance on the rotary plate, make the outlet of power cord arm at center of plate, vertically pull down the cord and hang a weight. Preset twisting speed, angle from side to side, and times. Start plate and do twisting test.The tester will automatically stop when it get the set times, then check damaged degree and breaking rate of conductor wire.
